The hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning sea views and spacious rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay memorable. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with inconsistent quality and service. The location was superb, offering easy access to Bournemouth attractions. The facilities were satisfactory, though room for improvement was evident.

The staff were professional and apologetic when the heating had an error, providing heaters if needed. Breakfast was delightful with lovely sea views, and I highly recommend staying here. The only downside was the heating issue, but it did not impact my overall comfort.
